These bespoke packages include full-service delivery and styling, where we work closely with you to plan every detail and ensure a seamless, on-time installation tailored to your event.
- Lead Times: As these packages are fully custom, processing and setup timelines will be confirmed based on the complexity of the design and your event date.
- Delivery & Setup Areas: In-person setup is currently available across the UK. If you're outside of these areas, please get in touch - we may still be able to accommodate.
- Booking Notice: We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons.
- Final Confirmation: Setup details, delivery schedules, and access requirements will be confirmed during your planning consultation.
Please note: Custom event design packages operate on a different timeline to our made-to-order shippable products. If you have a live event deadline, it’s essential to book early so we can ensure everything is perfect on the day.
