Processing & Shipping

Standard Orders: All items are made to order. Production typically takes up to 2 weeks, starting after your digital proof has been approved. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location.

Custom Event Packages: Timelines will be confirmed based on the scope of the package and your event date. Please contact us before ordering if your event is approaching soon.

Rush Orders: If you need your order urgently, contact us before placing your order - we may be able to accommodate for an additional fee.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Please remember that total delivery time includes our 2 week processing period, plus the shipping time.

Shipping Time (after dispatch):

• Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
• Tracked 48: 2–3 working days

Shipping Cost:

• Calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order

We offer international delivery where possible using Royal Mail International Tracked services.

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
• Rest of World: 10–20 working days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal delays.

Customs & Duties:

• Any import taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We highly recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance of your event date (6 weeks or more if ordering internationally).

While we always aim to dispatch your order within the processing timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel is with the courier.

• Shipping estimates (UK: 1–3 days | International: up to 20 days)
• Potential courier delays

All parcels are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, tracking will usually continue with your country’s local postal service once the parcel has left the UK. You can often enter the same tracking number on their website for updates.

• Europe: Your national postal service (e.g. La Poste, Deutsche Post, Correos, etc.)
